It Was An Attempt: Disappointing

Unfortunately not a good experience. Orders from abroad (Germany) are accepted. However, there is no communication after the order. Three emails remained unanswered and they are not willing to communicate in English on the phone. If this is the case: stick to local orders. Otherwise open up for more service oriented business.
