Great Krin! Slow Responses & Impersonal Communication

The Krin I ordered is beautiful and arrived intact. I asked for a video so I could hear it before buying and they sent it right away. After that, communication was difficult and not very personable. I've inquired about having a krin custom made and when they may have more in stock. A response was slow and vague with no response to the custom order.
