The Stress Is Not Worth The Buy...

Made my order for over €50.. paid right after making the order. After 3 weeks I tried to make contact by email with B-Local because my order status was still "in wait" unfortunately no reply. Later that week I got finally a response with the following answer: "we wait for the payment" so I replied that it was made right after ordering... After another month my status from the order still didn't change.. so again tried to make contact by email... Again no response, the week after I again send an email... I got the reply: "we wait for the right adres"... My address is at my account !.. So long after a month they finally shipped my order, without sorry or any other apologize... Then the order finally reached me, 2 items where changed for another without any communication... Really worthless company... I have the feeling the only want to sell local and not international... So the first and last experience with this company !!
